The supplier must have public accessible electronic store/catalogue and enable authorized representatives of the procuring organization to purchase goods in a publicly available electronic store/catalogue that can be accessed by any internet user and in which public the prices of the goods are published, the goods are delivered at the supplier's expense to the addresses specified by the purchasing organization, if the purchasing organization requests it.
