Maximum goods may be ordered for up to EUR 47,033.00 excluding VAT (VAT is not applicable to the objectArticle 20 of the Law on Value Tax). The price of the supplier's tender may not exceed EUR 46,500.00 excluding VAT (the subject -matter of the purchase shall not apply to the proposals exceeding this amount in accordance with Article 20 of the Law on Value Added Tax of the Republic of Lithuania) will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected.
