Updating of the territory (2 km2) of the 3 existing 3D data parts of the Panevėžys city digital layout and 3D website support services. The service provider must update a part of the existing 3D data in the territories specified by the contracting authority, where significant environmental changes have occurred, for a total volume of at least 2 km2. Creating new data and updating existing ones must be performed according to the same principles and accuracy requirements as previously generated data. All data must be harmoniously integrated into the existing 3D web application.
