Description:
The contractor undertakes to carry out, hand over and complete the renovation of Union Square: other purpose engineering structures unik. no. 4400 2336-0856 for reconstruction and construction works of engineering structures for other purposes according to the Technical Project ("Sąjunga Square: reconstruction of engineering structures for other purposes unic. no. 4400 2336-0856 and construction of engineering structures for other purposes, Kaunas city municipality, project in the territory of Kaunas city municipality") and to provide the necessary Engineering services for the preparation of the Work project and the execution of the Works, as provided for in the Contract, as well as to submit a declaration of completion and organize the related documents and to correct the defects identified after the deadline for the completion of the Works, and the Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with the necessary conditions for performing the Works, accept the result of the properly performed Works according to the procedure stipulated in the Contract and pay the Contractor the Contract Price under the conditions and procedure stipulated in the Contract.
