GPAIS Support and Development Project Manager and Product Owner has competencies necessary for the performance of the project manager: GPAIS Project Manager must ensure successful implementation of GPAIS Improvement and Optimization, GPAIS activities and IT supplier teams according to the planned budgetand graphics, by submitting the project reports to the stakeholders, to ensure the application of Agile technicians for the more efficient work and the more productive GPAIS project objectives; GPAIS Product owner must ensure system uninterrupted operation, improvement workprioritization and implementation in accordance with the importance of internal and business users' needs.
