The deadline for ordering works is 18 (eighteen) months from the date of entry into force of the purchase agreement, the period of ordering works ends on the 18 (eighteen) months or when the value of the Works ordered and purchased by the Procuring Entity reaches the maximum value of the purchase agreement - EUR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand euros, 00 Ct) excluding VAT, which the Procuring Entity allocated For the purchase of works during the period of their order and which the Procuring entity, in the execution of the purchase contract, cannot exceed, depending on which condition occurs first.
