Trakai District Municipality Partially Self -Self Elderly and Persons with DisabilitiesLong -term (short -term) services of social care, which must provide a complex person with constant specialist care (according to the attached specification of social care services) (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). The institution providing services must follow LithuaniaLaw on Social Services of the Republic, Catalog of Social Services, Social Care, Government of the Republic of Lithuania October 10 by resolution no. 978 on Approval of the Methodology of Funding for Social Services and Calculation of Funds (Topical version), Government of the Republic of Lithuania June 14th by resolutionNo. 583 on Approval of the Description of the Procedure for Payment for Social Services (relevant version) and other applicable legislation. It is planned that the services will be purchased as required - maximum 20 persons per day (partially self -sufficient for elderly (up to 10 persons) and personswith severe disabilities (up to 10 persons)).
