• The signed purchase contract will be concluded with the Supplier on the basis of the so-called "turnkey" contract and will cover the heat transmission networks at Parko st. 6, 8, 12, Stasiūnai, design and reconstruction... The signed purchase agreement will be concluded with the Supplier on the basis of the so-called "turnkey" contract and will include the heat transmission networks at Parko str. 6, 8, 12, Stasiūnai, obtaining necessary permits for design and reconstruction works (earthworks, etc.), implementation of project solutions, engineering structures geodetic marking, purchase of materials, coordination of construction safety and health at work (if such a coordinator is mandatory for the execution of planned works according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania), preparation of work documentation, protection of certificates from heat networks being reconstructed of the landowners (users, managers) and the owner (manager) of the road (passages, yard plots) in the zone due to the lack of claims for the completed works (recovery of the foundations of the passageway, yard pavements, environmental improvement, land recultivation, etc.) for post-reconstruction works, receiving, all mandatory, legally established, start-up-adjustment works of the reconstructed building, preparation of executive photos, correction of building inventory files, State Energy Regulatory Council (hereinafter -VERT) certificates of inspection of the technical condition of energy facilities and submission of a document confirming payment for the service provided by VERT, organization of construction completion procedures, all documentation related to the construction completion, according to construction technical regulations, formalization, etc.
