The repair works of the office A-22 of the building are purchased at the address Peace Ave. 67, Klaipėda. A fully equipped ambulance simulation stand is installed in the cabinet, so the work must be organized and carried out while ensuring the protection of the existing equipment and surrounding structures. Scope of work consists of: • door disassembly and installation of new MDF doors; • replacement of concrete windowsills with MDF; • dismantling of electrical installation channels, laying of cables, laying of IT cables, installation of sockets, switches and IT sockets; • preparation of wall surfaces, priming, plastering, puttying, intermediate priming and painting; • installation of acoustic suspended ceilings and installation of LED lights; • dismantling of ventilation grilles and installation of new ones; • demolition of the platform; • Installation of concrete floors with insulation and reinforcement layers, gluing PVC coating and folding skirting boards on the walls; • replacement of elements of the heating system, installation of pipelines, replacement of radiators and connection to existing systems; • dismantling glazed tiles and gluing new ones; • dismantling of the washbasin with cabinet and water heating equipment and installation of a new one; • removal and disposal of construction waste.
