The purpose of the services is to acquire specialists who are able to evaluate the speaking part of the examination for determining the level of Lithuanian language proficiency according to the evaluation criteria established on the basis of the Council of Europe... The purpose of the services is to acquire specialists who are capable to assess the speaking part of the examination for determining the level of Lithuanian language proficiency according to the assessment criteria established on the basis of the General Framework for Learning, Teaching and Assessment of European Languages (BEKM) adopted by the Council of Europe. The target group is the Lithuanian language evaluators (natural or legal person) of the speaking part of the proficiency level exams. The preliminary scope of services is to perform about 350 assessments for candidates taking the speaking part of the Lithuanian language proficiency test at different levels.
