The purchasing organization plans to purchase goods sold in the supplier's store: food products, clothing, footwear, personal hygiene products, household goods and other necessary goods that meet the technical... The purchasing organization intends to acquire a supplier goods sold in the store: food products, clothes, footwear, personal hygiene products, household goods and other necessary goods that meet the requirements set out in the technical specification (Annex 8 of the tender special conditions, Annex 1 of the Agreement). Goods are purchased using social cards issued by the purchasing organization to social card holders. The Supplier undertakes to produce and hand over to the Buyer social cards and sell food under the conditions stipulated in the Agreement products and other necessary goods in accordance with the Agreement and its annex no. 1 "Technical specification for the purchase of food products and other necessary goods using a social card", the requirements established by paying for them using a social card.
