Juzeliūno st. 27, Vilnius (former address Fabijoniškių st. 66, Vilnius... The procuring organization intends to purchase arbitrarily of the built 2-box garage located on the plot of land, unic. No. 0101-0016-0137, J. Juzeliūno st. 27, Vilnius (former address Fabijoniškių st. 66, Vilnius municipality), demolition and construction site clean-up works. The work includes demolition work and site clean-up works, removal of waste, arrangement of the territory and preparation of all mandatory documents. The object of purchase is not divided into parts. The term of performance of works cannot be longer than 30 cal. d. from the date of commencement of Works. The agreement enters into force from the date of its signing and is valid until all contractual obligations are fulfilled, but no longer than 36 months. The Customer shall pay for the Works performed properly and on time by means of a payment order, transferring the money to the bank account specified in the Contractor's Agreement no later than within 30 days. d. from electronically submitted acceptable VAT s. f. days of submission to the Customer.
