The purchasing entity purchases civil liability insurance of the construction technical supervisor of the structure (hereinafter referred to as Insurance) for the facilities where it carries out the activities of the structural technical supervisor (... The purchasing entity buys technical construction of the structure supervisor's mandatory civil liability insurance (hereinafter referred to as Insurance) for objects in which they perform the activities of a structural technical supervisor (hereinafter referred to as SSTP) and for which they submit requests for the issuance of a separate insurance certificate during the validity of this contract period, also in which works have not started. The insurer must submit a separate insurance contract/certificate for each supervised facility based on a completed application form submitted by the procuring entity. Insurance contract/certificate submitted no later than within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the request. We provide detailed information in the purchase documents.
