The item must be recognized according to the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and meet the requirements approved in the description of the procedure for the use of medical devices, approved by the Minister of Health Protection of the Republic of Lithuania in 2010. May 3 by order no. V-383 (with later changes and additions). The product must have a CE marking document/certificate (depending on the class of the medical device) or an EU declaration of conformity. The supplier must submit the CE marking together with the offer confirming document/certificate (depending on the class of the medical device) or the EU declaration of conformity, the content of which and the information provided must comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices (hereinafter - Regulation) established requirements.
