• The procuring organization plans to acquire a 100-acre large-scale site and an 831 m2 storage building for the collection and construction of waste suitable for reuse in... The purchasing organization plans to purchase 100 large acres the construction and installation of a yard and an 831 m2 storage building for the collection of waste suitable for reuse, Algirdo st. 57A, in the town of Mazeikiai. The object of purchase is not divided into parts. Purchase volumes, requirements and technical specification defined in Annex 2 of the special purchase conditions. Containers are not expected to be purchased together with the works, so their price should not be included in the price of the purchase object. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous bid criteria, applying the price-quality ratio evaluation method. The evaluated criteria are: the price of the offer (90 points) and the deadline for the completion of the contract works in months (10 points). The contract performance period cannot be shorter than 8 months and longer than 18 months from the entry into force of the contract. Points for the deadline for the completion of the contract are awarded only if the proposed deadline falls within the range of 8-18 months. If the supplier offers a term shorter than 8 months or longer than 18 months, additional points are awarded will not be awarded based on this criterion.
