The procuring organization intends to acquire the services of a cyber security manager. The object of purchase is not divided into parts. The purchase scope, requirements and technical specification are defined in the special purchase... The procuring organization plans to purchase a cybernetic the services of a security manager. The object of purchase is not divided into parts. The purchase scope, requirements and technical specification are defined in Annex 3 of the special purchase conditions. Duration of service provision (with extensions) - 12 months. The procuring organization undertakes through 12 months purchase at least 180 hours permanent services. Scope of services - 15 hours. per month. Depending on the needs of the procuring organization, an additional 180 hours can be ordered. additional services per year. Services are provided by work days from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The Buyer settles with the Supplier no later than within 30 (thirty) days. d. from the date of receipt of the Invoice for the Services actually provided during the previous month.
