The procuring organization carries out a low-value purchase through a published survey for the acquisition of maintenance services of the document management system "Avilys". The scope and requirements of the services are determined by the technical... The procuring organization conducts it through a published survey low-value purchase due to the acquisition of maintenance services of the document management system "Avilys". The scope and requirements of the services are defined in the technical specification. The indicated quantities of services are maximum, and the Buyer does not undertake to use them. Services provided at the Buyer's premises or remotely, as specified in the procurement documents. The contract enters into force after the Buyer confirms the supplier's compliance with the national security requirements of Article 37, Parts 8 and 9 of the Civil Code, but not earlier than 03/02/2026. Services duration of provision - 12 months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. The purchase is not divided into parts, fixed rate pricing is applied. Proposals can be submitted by suppliers who meet the requirements of the PPP. The evaluation of the proposals is carried out according to the procurement documents set conditions.
