The object of purchase is diesel fuel for furnaces (marked) (hereinafter referred to as Fuel) together with delivery, intended for continuous production of heat energy on demand. Fuel requirements and more detailed information... The object of purchase is diesel fuel for stoves (marked) (hereinafter - Fuel) together with delivery, intended for continuous production of heat energy on demand. Fuel requirements and more detailed information are provided in the technical specification (Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions; hereinafter - Technical Specification). Planned purchase the maximum amount of Fuel - 3,000,000 (three million liters) liters (at a Fuel temperature of +15 °C). The purchase is carried out in accordance with the purchases of energy or fuel required for the production of electricity and thermal energy by companies operating in the field of energy. of the rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on March 3, 2003. by resolution no. 277 (current version) in point 31: In the event of circumstances that the acquiring organization could not foresee in advance, the term may be shorter than 14 calendar days, but not shorter than 7 calendar days from the publication of the procurement notice.", i.e. applying a shortened deadline for submission of proposals - 7 calendar days (see procurement documents for justification).
