Purchase - the collection of secondary raw materials (paper and cardboard) packaging waste, removaland container rental and maintenance services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). The object of purchase is not divided into part of the purchase object. Properties of the Services purchased, preliminary quantities for comparison of offers and not considered maximum, and the services requirements are described in Annex 1 to the Terms of Purchase"Technical Specification". The service provision period is 12 (twelve) months from the first date of service of the services specified in the contract of purchase, on this day. After the period of service of the Services, the contract of agreement of the Purchase Agreement may be extended by 2 (two) by written agreementtimes, each time the service is extended for the period of less than 12 (twelve) months.
