• The object of the competition is the preparation of the idea (concept) of the interior and decoration project of LITEXPO's representative spaces, which includes the architectural, functional, aesthetic and sustainable aspects of the main spaces... The object of the competition is LITEXPO representative spaces preparation of the idea (concept) of the interior and decoration project, which includes architectural, functional, aesthetic and sustainability solutions for the main spaces, as determined in Appendix 1 of the Tender Conditions - Technical task. The purpose of the competition is to select an interior and decoration concept of the highest architectural, functional and aesthetic quality, which: • would reflect the identity and modernity of Lithuania, • comply with the protocol of international events, European Union institutions and representative spaces requirements, • be functional, flexible and adaptable to different event scenarios. Also purchase the project idea (concept) prepared by the 1st place winner and enter into a service purchase agreement for the detailing (implementation) of interior solutions project) preparation and project implementation supervision services. Unannounced negotiations with the winner will not be carried out. The project idea (concept) proposed by the winner must be implemented in the scope and content that was submitted for project evaluation. The tasks and detailed requirements of the tender for the project idea (concept) and the preparation of detailing interior solutions (implementation project) and project implementation supervision services are set out in Appendix 1 "Technical task" of the tender conditions. Project the tender is carried out according to UAB Litexpo's application no. 20367.
