Competition: Reconstruction of the Utenis Stadium to the Sports and Health CenterThe Description of the Project Contest to the Sports and Wellness Center in Annex 1 to the Project Contest Terms and Conditions "Reconstruction of the Sports and Wellness Center". The aim of the competition is to select the best urban, architectural and functional aspects and other requirements that meet the architectural project architecturalan idea. The authors of the project proposals will be awarded cash prizes to the authors of this competition, II and III. The cost of project proposals, technical work project, receipt of the construction permit, and the cost of implementation services of the building must not exceed EUR 170,000.00 excluding VAT ifThe supplier is not a VAT payer, or EUR 205,700.00 including VAT if the supplier is a VAT payer.
