The cornerstone of the State Telecommunications Center (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) is carrying out the purchase of an air conditioner with a installation service (hereinafter - Purchase). Purchase shall be conducted through the published survey in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the LSA), the Description of the Low Value Procurement Procedure approved by the Director of the Public Procurement Office of 2017. June 28th. Order no. 1S-97 "On Approval of the Description of the Low Value Procurement Procedure" (hereinafter referred to as "the Description") and other legal acts implementing the LSA.
