Contracting Authority intends to acquire civil liability insurance: 1) stateliability insurance for civil servants and employees under employment contracts; 2) insurance for responsibility for labor and / or civil service relations; 3) employer civil liability insurance; 4) Professional civil liability insurance. The object of purchase is not divided into parts. Provision of servicesThe term is 12 months. from the date of entry into force of the contract. The extension of the term of service is not foreseen. The Buyer shall settle with the supplier no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the account. Annual insurance premium is paid all right away if the buyer receives funding or if the buyerdoes not receive funding, the insurance premium is paid in installments: the payment is divided into 3-4 parts per year (the last payment no later than 2025-12-15).
