Scope of services planned to be purchased by Utena district municipality for the contract period (36 months): 1. Premises (apartments) up to 50 sq.m. m, located in an apartment building, energy efficiency certification: no less than 2 - no more than 8 2. Premises (apartment) up to 50 sq.m. m, not in an apartment building, certification of energy efficiency: no less than 2 - no more than 8 3. Premises (apartments) and buildings (parts thereof) from 50 sq. m. m up to 100 sq. m energy efficiency certification: no less than 2 - no more than 8 4. Premises and buildings (parts thereof) from 100 sq.m. m up to 200 sq. m energy efficiency certification: no less than 2 - no more than 7 5. Premises and buildings (parts thereof) from 200 sq. m up to 300 sq. m energy efficiency certification: no less than 1 - no more than 4 6.
