• Taking into account the design technical task, to prepare a one- and two-apartment (single-apartment purpose) building, Trakų r. weekly Rūdiškės, South street 33B, construction project, project proposals and technical work project and to provide project execution supervision services. Based on the design technique task, to prepare and coordinate with the Customer the design proposals of the intended structures - one- and two-family buildings, other purpose engineering structures - sites, etc., engineering networks and the technical work project of the new construction. Design proposals must be prepared and coordinated with the Builder (Customer), prepared design proposals must be made public in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts. Completion of the first stage - obtaining a document authorizing construction according to project proposals. Before starting to prepare project proposals, it is mandatory to obtain special requirements and login conditions. Collect the necessary data required for the Structural Technical Work Project. Prepare, coordinate with the Customer and hand over to him the technical work project of the complete structure of the Structure planned to be built by the Customer.
