The purpose of the purchase is to create and implement a strategic management information system in the procuring organization, which allows for the automation of strategic management processes and the management of related planning documents through the use of information technologies: automatedto carry out the processes of planning, monitoring, evaluation (analysis) and accounting for the achieved results, and to create opportunities to make data-based decisions by automating the collection of data on strategic goals, objectives, measures and projects, their monitoring and financial indicators, and creatingt effective tools for analyzing this data, as well as linking planning documents with medium-term budget formation processes and automating medium-term budget planning processes.
