Pursuant to the construction of the Law on Construction, STR 1.04.04: 2017 "Design of a Building, Project Expertise" and other regulatory requirements of the following regulations are prepared by the following parts of the simple repair project: 1. 2. Plan plan; 3. Architectural; 4. Constructions; 5. Water and sewage disposal; 6. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning; 7. Electrical engineering; 8. Electronic communications and telecommunications; 9. Fire detection and alarm; 10. Fire safety; 11. Protective alarms; 12. Preparation for construction and organization of construction work; 13. Construction calculated price determination; Design Performed in two steps: 1. The first phase of the design is the design proposals and a building permit. The design proposals must be approved by the builder (client). The design proposals are adjusted/adjusted for design tasks; 2. Second design Phase - Technical work project in accordance with the requirements for the design task and the approval of the project expert contractor for the technical project. The technical work project must be approved by the builder (client).
