Description:
The contractor will have to carry out the contract as part of the contract: (a) to carry out design services: 1. Prepare a work project (digital and paper specimens). The procurement is presented with a show of the architectural part of the project. In other parts, the contractor provides and details the solutions of other parts in the architectural part A of the work project. The work project must provide that the building materials used in the construction meet the minimum environmental criteria. The customer will order the project expertise for the prepared work project.2. Prepared pool descriptions of individual technologies, instructions for use of equipment and building premises for personnel training (tables, schemes) (2 pieces of digital and paper specimens) .3. Prepare installations of individual equipment, mechanisms or their assemblies and details, according to technical and work project solutions.4. Under the power of attorney, to start, administer, and fill in the electronic construction log (according to the officially recognized electronic form of the construction log). After completing the construction and receiving the completion act of the electronic file to transfer the construction work log to the builder.b) to perform the contract:
