Description:
The aim of the project is to carry out the reconstruction of an existing building by installing a care home that meets modern standards. To re -plan the existing building infrastructure, to provide residential, leisure, maintenance, administrative, catering and auxiliary premises by adapting them to residentsand for the needs of employees. Also designed for new water supply, sewage, heating, recuperation ventilation and cooling, electricity, fire and protective alarm systems. Short Purchase Description: Prepare a scientific building at Žemaičių str. 18, Panevezys, reconstructionthe project, adapting the building, for people with old age dimension and the elderly with disabilities to the needs of social care homes, installing universal design elements and other architectural and engineering measures. Perform project execution supervision. Services are carried out in accordance withthe design task and technical specification provided.
