• Based on the prepared climate change forecasts and the study of sensitivity and vulnerability of Lithuanian municipalities to climate change, which will be submitted by the Buyer, the Supplier will have to prepare climate change adaptation plans (8 units) for Lithuanian municipalities: Kaunas. wk., Klaipėda district weekly, Šilutė district weekly, Palanga weekly, Vilnius district week, Švenčioni district week, Kretinga district week, Jurbarka district weekly Submission of projects of municipal adaptation plans to climate change - no later than 6 months after the purchase contract date of establishment. After the specified deadline, within 2 weeks from the date of submission of the projects, the Supplier will have to organize public presentations of each municipality's climate change adaptation plans projects (live or remotely) to the Buyer and others to interested parties (8 presentations in total). The Supplier will have to improve the draft plans according to the comments received from the Buyer and other interested parties before, during and within 1 month after the public presentation and provide the Buyer with the final versions of the plans before the purchase the end of the contract. The final plans are provided to the Buyer in electronic format (editable version and PDF). The final term for the provision of services: not later than within 9 months from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract. The final term for the provision of services may to be extended by the written agreement of the parties for no longer than 1 month, in the event of circumstances specified in the technical specification for the purchase of services that are factually proven by the Supplier and not caused by the Supplier's inactivity, which...
