• Based on the prepared climate change forecasts and the study of sensitivity and vulnerability of Lithuanian municipalities to climate change, which will be submitted by the Buyer, the Supplier will have to prepare climate change adaptation plans (8 units) for Lithuanian municipalities: Kaunas. weekly, Klaipėda district weekly, Šilutė district wk., Palanga weekly, Vilnius district week, Švenčioni district week, Kretinga district week, Jurbarka district weekly Submission of municipal climate change adaptation plans projects - no later than within 6 (six) months from the date of conclusion of the procurement contract. After the specified deadline, within 2 (two) weeks from the projects on the day of submission, the Supplier will have to organize public presentations of each municipality's climate change adaptation plans projects (live or remotely) to the Buyer and other interested parties (a total of 8 (eight) presentations). The draft plans will have to be improved by the Supplier according to before the public presentation, during it and within 1 (one) month after it, comments received from the Buyer and other interested parties and to submit the final versions of the plans to the Buyer before the end of the purchase contract. The final plans are provided to the Buyer in electronic format (editable version and PDF). Deadline for providing services: no later than within 9 (nine) months from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract. The final term for the provision of services can be extended by written agreement of the parties for no longer than 1 (one) month, in the case of factual evidence of the Supplier specified in the technical specification for the purchase of services, not due to ...
