- Destruction, use or disposal of confiscated and transferred tobacco and tobacco products, their packaging and components in other ways in Vilnius County in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Waste Management, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Packaging and the requirements set out in the law on packaging waste management and other legal acts regulating waste management, without endangering human health and the environment, while at the same time ensuring with organizational and/or technical measures, tobacco products impossibility of use according to the direct purpose and in accordance with the description of the procedure for the destruction of confiscated and transferred tobacco products for the benefit of the state, approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 1999 October 5 by resolution no. 1116 "Regarding Confiscated and approval of the description of the procedure for the destruction of tobacco products transferred to the benefit of the state".
