Removal of the remains of persons who died of a violent or unexpected death from the scene of the incident and taking them to the court medical institution for expert examination service will be performed as needed, removing the bodies of the dead from the scene according to the summons of the police commissariat, prosecutor's office employees and the documents written by them within the territory of the municipality of Plungė district, going to the expert examination institution, mortuary or other the specified location by the nearest road. Provision is made for temporary storage in refrigerators of the remains of persons who died a violent or unexpected death during the absence of the expertise institution service.
