- Restoration and conservation works of the sculpture of the "Perkūno zirgai" monument, which meet the requirements of the study, conservation and restoration program of cultural heritage value presented in Annex 1 of the Agreement (to... restoration of the sculpture of the "Thunder Horses" monument, purchase of conservation works that meet the requirements of the Cultural Heritage Value Research, Conservation and Restoration Program (hereinafter - the Works) presented in Annex 1 of the Agreement. The works include the monument "Thunder Horses" located on Žemaičių pl. observation deck, Restoration and conservation works in Kaunas. The contractor undertakes to perform the Works specified in the procurement documents, the contract and its annexes with his own strength, materials, means and risk in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, heritage management requirements of regulations, construction technical regulations and other legal acts regulating construction works and construction activities in the Republic of Lithuania within 10 (ten) months from the date of transfer of the construction site.
