Replacement of defective video cameras with new ones and their connection to the available general city video surveillance system. The preliminary quantities are presented in Annex 1 of the description of tender conditions. During the performance of the contract, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority, the preliminary quantities may be reduced or increased. A maximum of goods and services can be ordered for no more than EUR 45,100.00 including VAT (or 37,272.73 EUR without VAT, if the supplier is a non-VAT payer or the goods, services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons due to which the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT), offers exceeding this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected. More details are available in the technical specification (Appendix 4 describes the tender conditions, which must be filled in by the suppliers and submitted together with the offer)
