Description:
Renting equipment for locking vehicles on the streets of Klaipeda city (hereinafter - traffic radar or goods) on the streets of Klaipeda city and maintenance services. The contracting authority of traffic radar does not buy, after the expiry of the contract period, the supplier dismisses themand take away. More detailed information and requirements for the services purchased are provided in the technical specification (Annex 2 to the Description of the Conditions of the Tender). The subject of the purchase is divided into 2 separate parts.
One -traffic radar rental and its maintenance period for the service
one -traffic radar rental andServices for the period of maintenance of its maintenance. The price of the supplier's offer for this part of the purchase may not exceed EUR 107,499.99 with VAT (or EUR 88,842.97 excluding VAT if the supplier is not a VAT payer or goods, the services are exempt from VAT or for other reasons for the Contracting Authoritythe amount payable to the supplier will be excluding VAT). In the event of the price above, the price will be considered too high and unacceptable to the contracting authority.
