Rental and maintenance of multifunction printers by the attached technical specification, which consists of: 1. printing services in payment for the number of prints printed (preliminary) number of black and white prints per month - 3200 pcs. (three thousand two hundred units); (preliminary) number of color prints per month - 800 units. (eight hundred units); 2. rental and maintenance services of multifunction printers that provide printing services, with authentication devices and the software that serves them. Multifunction printer rentals and duration of maintenance - 36 (thirty-six) months from the entry into force of the contract (the contract enters into force on February 8, 2026). The term of contract extension is not foreseen.
