Description: The purpose of the competition is to identify the winners of the project tender, who will offer the most appropriate project solutions corresponding to urban, architectural and functional aspects and other requirements listed in the terms and conditions of the tender and to enable the contracting authority to conclude the project design services and the project enforcement contract. The Port Authority with the winner of the competition will consist of a contract under the tender agreement. The implementation of the contract involves winning tenders for the project's idea, design proposals, technical and work project, BIM model, interior project preparation services and project execution services. Participants of this competition will be allocated to the bonuses (prizes): 9000 EUR, II-€ 2,000, III - EUR 5000.
