- The State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania under the Ministry of Social Security and Labor (hereinafter referred to as the SLI or Contracting Authority) shall provide for the acquisition of the maintenance and modification of the SLI controlled information system. Services are purchased for quality management information system (hereinafter - KVS or System). The SLI carries out active control of illegal work activities, as well as examination of economic operators in the highest risk, where the requirements of safety and health and labor law may be violated.
