Description:
Purchase - Vilnius Congress House (7.10 of the Culture Building), Vilniaus g. 6-1, Vilnius Phase II reconstruction works (hereinafter-works). The works are carried out in accordance with the technical project “Vilnius Congress Hall (7.10 of the Culture Building), Vilniaus g. 6, Vilnius Reconstruction Project ”, Building Project Number NE15 (Annex 14 of the Conditions of Competition) (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Project). Purchased for the following Phase II technical project works, which include: structural solutions: formed an elevator shaft in the basement. The lift holding structures are installed. The newly formed elevator shaft is installed over the ground with a metal frame covered with glass. Architectural solutions: existing and newly formed walls of the building are insulated with plastered facade thermal insulation system. The finish of granite plaster is installed while maintaining the color and stylistics of the facades. The plinth of the building is insulated. The Roof of the Administrative and Holol part of the Congress House is insulated. Windows are replaced. Phase II is arranged by the first, second and third floor premises of the administrative part, and new engineering systems are installed.
