- The Contracting Authority intends to acquire Kaunas City Municipality Great Hall, Municipal Small Hall and other premises LaisvΔs al. 96, in Kaunas, video, audio, broadcasting online, discussion and voting technical and software referred to in the contract in Annex 2 to the Contract, (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"), with the supply of the necessary goods specified in Annex 3 to the Contract (hereinafter - the Goods). Requirements for the subject -matter of the procurement to establish in Annex 10 to the Special Terms of Purchase. If necessary, the buyer may purchase the list of goods not specified but with the subject of the purchase related goods within 10 percent of the original contract value. The goods not specified in the list of goods but will be paid for the goods related to the subject -matter If such prices are not announced, the supplier's proposed prices are proposed by the supplier.
