DOCUMENT TYPE: CONTRACT NOTICE
Title: Thermal Energy Marijampolė Correction Home REFERENCE NUMBER: 2021 / S 079-200494 CONTRACT TYPE: Supplies
Description: Prison Department under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania carries out the public procurement of the Ministry of Thermal Energy Marijampolė (hereinafter referred to as "the competition or purchase"). Public procurement contract will be signed with Marijampolė Correctional House (hereinafter - the buyer).

The procurement object is split into two parts of the purchase object:
- I POD - Supply of thermal power to the buyer at: Sports g. 7, Marijampole, UAB - II POD - Supply of thermal energy at: Sports g. 3A, Marijampolė.

The quantity of the item is preliminary, the buyer is not obliged to buy the total quantity of the product. The item will be purchased until the maximum value of the contract is redeemed, which is:
- I pod - 320 000,00 EUR with VAT, UAB - II pod - 20 000 EUR with VAT.

The heat supplier will be paid according to the heating points of the buildings installed inlet heat accounting devices using a single pricing.
