Description:
1. The object of purchase is wood fuel (wood sawdust) intended for heat energy production (hereinafter - Fuel). 2. The Buyer (UAB "Rokiškios komunalininkas hereinafter - the Buyer) will purchase Fuel with delivery to the fuel warehouse of the boiler house in Juodupė (hereinafter - Boiler), at the address Pergalės 2N, Juodupė, Rokiškios district. The supplier (the business entity that sells and delivers the fuel, hereinafter - the Supplier) will deliver the fuel in semi-trailers with a capacity of about 90 erdm with a sliding floor. Unloading through the back of the trailer. (Delivery and unloading of fuel by lifting the tipper trailer is impossible due to the insufficient height of the ceiling of the fuel warehouse). The supplier must ensure the loading, delivery and unloading of Fuel to the Boiler Fuel warehouse by his own efforts. 3. Total amount of Fuel for the heating season of 2026/2027 - 6180 MWh.
