The subject of the purchase - a document of securing obligations (fulfillment of contractual obligations surety prohibition) for mechanical biological processing equipment of Šiauliai region municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as "the service"). 1. Surety insurance period - 12 (twelve) months, from 2025. September 27th. 2. Conditions and requirements of the surety insurance letter: 2.1. Policyholder: Public Institution Šiauliai Regional Waste Management Center, legal entity code 145787276. 2.2. The basis and conditions of the surety to determine the Procedure for the Execution of the Companies of the Waste or Removal Companies in the Description of the Procedure for the Enstection of the Obligations (hereinafter - the Description) approved by the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania 2022. August 17 Order no. D1-265 "On the Conduct of the Directivity of Waste or Removing Enterprises" (relevant version). 2.3. The document of the fulfillment of obligations must be granted in favor of the Department of Environmental Protection under the Ministry of Environment (AAD). Ensuring the performance of the obligations In the event of the term (circumstances) referred to in paragraph 21 of the Description, AAD, immediately within 15 (fifteen) working days of the information referred to in paragraphs 21.1 to 21.4 of the Description, amounts specified.
