Purchase - Low Floor City Electric Buses for Passengers (hereinafter - Buses, Goods) and their Mandatory Maintenance and Negroborabal and Warranty (hereinafter - Services) Bus Maintenance period begins from the date of signing of the first submission and acceptance of the bus delivered and expires after the period of 60 (sixty) months from the date of signing the last of the bus transfer and acceptance of the bus (hereinafter referred to as "bus maintenance period"). The quantity of goods purchased - single -storey, Low Floor City Electric Bus [12 years] to transport passengers (vehicle code M3CE) - 84 pcs. The object of purchase is not divided into part of the purchase object. Purchased goods and other mandatory requirements, bus compulsory maintenance and During the period of maintenance of non -guarantee and warranty buses, the requirements of the Terms of Purchase Terms and Conditions in Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications. The contracting entity undertakes to acquire all the amount of buses and their compulsory maintenance and carry non -warranty repairs During bus maintenance period.
