Description:
The object of the purchase is new low-floor city-type electric buses for transporting passengers (hereinafter - Buses, goods) and their mandatory technical maintenance and non-warranty and warranty repairs (hereinafter - services) during the Bus Maintenance Period, which begins from the date of signing of the first delivered Bus handover-acceptance act and ends after the expiration of a period of 60 (sixty) months from the date of signing the last delivered Bus handover-acceptance act (hereinafter referred to as the Bus Maintenance Period). The quantity of goods purchased is single-storey, two-axle low-floor city-type electric buses [12 years old] for transporting passengers (vehicle code M3CE) 84 units. The object of purchase is not divided into parts of the object of purchase. Purchased goods and other mandatory requirements, mandatory maintenance of buses and the requirements for non-warranty and warranty repairs of buses during the maintenance period are specified in Appendix 1 "Technical specifications" of the purchase conditions. The purchasing entity undertakes to purchase the entire planned quantity of Buses and their mandatory technical maintenance and to carry out non-warranty repairs of the Buses During the maintenance period of buses.
