- Description:
- The object of the purchase is the collection and transportation of kitchen food and biodegradable waste to their processing sites in the territory of the municipality of Telšiai district (hereinafter referred to as the Services). The place of service provision is Telšiai district municipality. Requirements for Services are presented in the procurement technical specification and specification annexes. Pursuant to Article 60, Part 3 of the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania, a shortened deadline for submission of proposals is established, as the procurement is carried out in order to ensure uninterrupted provision of waste collection and transportation services after the expiration of the currently valid contracts in 2026. February 7 and 2026 March 23 Taking into account the preparation period set for the new service provider and the duration of public procurement procedures, it is not possible to meet the normal deadline for submission of proposals, therefore the deadline is shortened in cases of duly justified urgency.
