The subject of the purchase is divided into 3 Purchases: I Part I Part - Financial Accounting and Operational Management IS SERVICE, SUPPORT, Development (and Other) Services, Part II - Personnel Management and Wage CalculationIS service, support, development (and other) services, Part of purchase III - Land rental, support, development (and other) services (hereinafter - services). Contracting authorities and its subordinate bodies are installed in integrated information systems:Financial Accounting and Activities Management - UAB Labbis UAB; Personnel Management and Wage Calculation - UAB Labbis UAB; Land Lease Tax Accounting System - UAB Labbis UAB; The supplier must have the right to provide the services specified. Requirements for services(detailed description of the subject of the purchase, their quality, scope, the terms of fulfillment of the supplier's obligations and other requirements) shall specify in Annex 2 to the Terms of Purchase and Annex 3 to the draft Purchase Agreement.Services
