Purchase of LIFE Program Strategic Integrated Project "Integrated IntegratedWater Management in Lithuania "(LIFE SIP Water) No. 101104645-Life22-IE-LT-LIFE SIP Water, funded by the European Union LIFE Program and the Republic of Lithuania. One of the project's tasks is T3.5 Complex Pilot Project for the Organic of Doving Basin Water Bodiesto improve the condition. This task is performed by the following project partners: Environmental Project Management Agency (APVA), Ministry of Environment (AM), Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), Environmental Protection Agency (AAA), Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service (LHMT), Environmental Protection Department (AAD), Fisheries Serviceat the MoA (HRT), Nature Research Center (GTC), Lithuanian Agricultural and Forest Sciences Center (LAMMC), Natural Heritage Foundation (GPF), Lithuanian Association of Unmanned Aircraft (LBONA), Task Coordinator - Natural Heritage Fund. T3.5 Task implementation provides for specific activities: 1) Dovingpreparation of an integrated management plan of the upstream basin; 2) Reduction of the impact of Simnas fisheries to Lake Simnas; 3) reduction of agricultural pollution in the Dovine Upper Basin; 4) Reduction of urban pollution in the Dovine Upper Basin. In order to reduce the impact of the Simnas Fisheries FarmModernization, which requires evaluating the conditions of water intake and use, conducting a farm hydrological regime and water balance. Nutritional provisions from surrounding fields to reduce their detention measures (denitrification of bioreactors, wetlands, sediment detentionponds) installation.
