Description:
1. The STT uses the modernization of budget planning, financial accounting, contract management and assets (hereinafter - BFST) by implementing a new information system based on modern, modern technology (hereinafter referred to as "information system"). To the new system will be transferred financial and assets accounting data in the software currently used. Users with data administration rights: 21 employees. Users with data review rights: 7 employees. 2. Information System Maintenance - (Permanent New Information Creating and adapting the system versions to the changing legal framework. Renewal of the information system, repair of errors, vulnerabilities) and consulting services 36 months. for the period, including other unexpected services in the technical specification in Annex 6 to the Terms of Purchase - up to 350 hours during the period of validity of the contract (at the need for the contracting authority, the settlement by fact). 3. Information system additional development services - tentatively 900 hours of contract period (at the need for contracting authority, settlement under the fact).
